 防爆磁性接近开关用于检测固定在被测物体上的永磁体，感知位置接近情况。当被测永磁体或物体接近到开启要求距离（可定），输出开关信号或者指示灯亮，由于采用非接触式检测，具有高速、长寿，高可靠性；在潮湿腐蚀性环境中，或有可燃（爆）气体中，都能稳定工作的特征.

本公司生产的防爆磁接近开关产品的**特点：

1、作用距离远：a.电磁铁**作用距离120mm； b.永磁铁**作用距离150mm。

2、带负载能力强：可直接带3A（有效值）负载， 而无需加中间继电器过渡。安全、可 靠、方便。

3、灵敏度高，反应速度快： 响应时间小于2.5ms。

4、能在极恶劣环境工作：a.适应温度范围宽：-50℃——+120℃ b.具有较强的防护等级：IP65。 c.防水、防灰尘。

5、安全可靠： 只要在开关附近无强磁场，同时按产品 技术说明书要求安装，就能确保开关50 万次没有误动作，可靠性100%。

6、磁接近开关的工作特点： 是靠磁感应动作的非接触开关，从根本 上解决了因接触而产生误动作的问题。
